Our Commitment: If a repaired device experiences the same fault or a replacement part fails due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will re-inspect, repair, or replace the defective component free of charge.
2. Standard Warranty Periods
Warranty durations vary depending on whether the service involved repair labor or brand-new hardware parts:

3. What Is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship for replaced components during normal and intended usage.
- Recurrence of the exact fault repaired by UMA Tech within the specified repair warranty timeframe.
- Complete functional replacement of certified defective parts under valid distributor warranty.
4. What Is Not Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
The warranty will be considered void under the following conditions:
- Physical Damage: Cracked screens, broken housing, dented frames, snapped connectors, or bent CPU pins caused by drops or external force after collection.
- Liquid & Moisture Ingress: Corrosion, water contact, or condensation found inside the device subsequent to service.
- Electrical Surges & Lightning: Burnt power circuits or blown IC chips caused by erratic electrical supply, surges, or thunder strikes.
- Tampering & Broken Seals: Disassembly, modification, or repair attempted by third-party technicians, or broken/removed UMA Tech warranty stickers.
- Software & Malware: Issues caused by malware, viruses, operating system corruption, or third-party BIOS/firmware flashing errors.
Warranty Sticker Integrity: Please ensure that our warranty seal sticker placed over chassis screws or internal components remains intact. Tampered or removed stickers immediately void warranty claims.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Locate your original UMA Tech invoice, repair job receipt, or digital warranty slip.

- Step 3: Bring or courier the device/part to our service center. Our technicians will perform priority verification within 24 to 48 hours.
- Step 4: Upon verification, eligible parts are replaced immediately from local stock or sent to the authorized distributor.
